We collect only what is reasonably necessary for the purposes described below, and we tell you those purposes at the point we ask.

To place and service coverage we may share your information with the insurers underwriting your policy, the licensed broker handling your file, reinsurers, claims adjusters and investigators, and service providers who process data on our behalf under contract. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law, including to regulators. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for unrelated marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and Website Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. This data is aggregated and used for measurement rather than to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how parts of the site function. Where a quote journey is hosted by a third-party provider, that provider’s own privacy policy also applies.

When information is no longer needed, it is securely destroyed, erased, or made anonymous.

You have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, how it is being used, and to whom it has been disclosed. You may request a correction if you believe information is inaccurate or incomplete, and you may withdraw consent for uses that are not required to maintain your policy or meet a legal obligation. Withdrawing consent may limit our ability to provide coverage. We will respond to access and correction requests within the timelines PIPA sets.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The revised version takes effect when it is posted here, and the date above records the most recent update. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
