What working here actually looks like
Bravo Insurance Services Ltd is the digital division of InsureBC, one of the largest brokerage groups in British Columbia. That combination is unusual: we have the distribution and underwriting relationships of an established managing general agent, and the build-it-from-scratch latitude of a much younger company. The products you work on are placed by licensed brokers for real households and businesses, so the decisions you make show up in someone's coverage rather than in a backlog.
Small teams, real ownership
You will own outcomes rather than tickets. Underwriters shape product, engineers ship to production, and nobody needs three approvals to fix something obviously broken.
Rooted in British Columbia
Strata water deductibles, seismic exposure, wildfire seasons. The problems are specific to this province, which makes the work more interesting than generic insurance.
Insurance is learnable
Several of our strongest people arrived from outside the industry. If you are curious and rigorous, we would rather teach you insurance than teach an insurance veteran curiosity.

We keep it short and we tell you where you stand at each step. You will always know who you are speaking to next and roughly how long the whole thing will take.

Thirty minutes with the person who would actually work with you, covering what the role involves and what you are looking for.

Something practical
A realistic exercise drawn from work we genuinely do — reviewing a risk, walking through code, or talking through how you would handle a broker escalation. No brainteasers, no unpaid project work.

Meet the team
You talk to the people you would work alongside, and you get to ask them the questions you would rather not ask a hiring manager.

Decision and offer
We aim to come back with a clear yes or no quickly, and to give you useful feedback either way.
